About Myself
"With Akitsu.design, I aim for a harmonious blend of visual beauty, self-developed craftsmanship,
and a journey toward deeper and inner meanings.
and a journey toward deeper and inner meanings.
'Akitsu,' the Japanese word for 'dragonfly', symbolizes my personal transformation
from a trained financial entrepreneur and author to a self-taught creative spirit in the world of art and design.
from a trained financial entrepreneur and author to a self-taught creative spirit in the world of art and design.
My creations reflect this duality—the thinker versus the dreamer, the 'monkey mind' in search of inner peace. My style balances between geometric and organic, digital and traditional, ethereal and tangible, complex and minimalist.
I have named my technique 'Engraphicraft,' referring to Engrave, Graphic, and Craft.
Inspired by the flowing and organic forms of biomorphism, the abstract minimalism of Piet Mondrian,
the graphic techniques of M.C. Escher, the decorative ornamentation of Gustav Klimt,
and the spiritual depth in the works of Alex Grey (known for his artwork for the band Tool),
each work represents a chapter in an odyssey of self-discovery and artistic revelation,
where the tangible and the metaphysical merge.

I invite you to experience my works from different perspectives.
